Reporting to the Operations Supervisor - IM, this is a frontline position that enables the company to deliver best-practice clinical services that are efficient and financially responsible to our clients.
The Operations Co-Ordinator is responsible for key functions of intake, scoping and resourcing of all incident management requests.
The coordinator requires high-level skills across communication, strategic thinking, negotiation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesDetailed scoping of acute-care environments, crisis situations, and complex disaster events.Provide clinically appropriate, strategic and cost-effective allocation and coordination of clinical providers for all incident management requests.End-to-end excellence in provision of product services and logistics.Coordination of intake, assessment and resource allocation functions for Incident Management services.Coordination of administrative functions of incident management service delivery.Deliver high standard of communication and information gathering of sensitive information on customer's needs.Complete an initial assessment of request type and urgency and coordinate the assignment of qualified service providers to provide intervention.Work quickly and carefully to meet our contractual service obligations with an acute level.Manage multiple urgent requests with a demonstrated capability of managing competing priorities.Demonstrate sensitivity, professionalism and empathy whilst managing crisis situations.Coordination and direction of internal stakeholders of TELUS Health with service business queries.About UsWe're a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
