Your role will ensure smooth workforce operations and contribute to the optimisation of rosters, compliance, and reporting, making a difference every day.
You'll make a positive impact by:
Managing workforce planning, including maintaining accurate staff listings and facilitating leave approvals.Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for new staff.Ensuring compliance with mandatory training and readiness requirements.Collaborating with payroll to resolve roster-related queries and ensure accuracy.Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for internal and client use.Supporting the regional leadership team to optimise rosters and manage workforce needs.Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role you'll have:
Strong attention to detail and exceptional data management skills.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like Power BI.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and independent working skills.Previous administrative experience, ideally in a 24/7 rostering environment.Experience in clinical and/or defence environments (highly regarded).As a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span across Justice, Immigration, Defence, Space, Customer Services, Health, and Urban Mobility.
