ABOUT THE ROLE To assist the Global Operations and International Division in achieving key deliverables and Sales budgets by providing quality assistance and support.
Main Responsibilities Provide Operational Support to the Asia Pacific Account Manager.Work directly with the Asia Pacific Distribution Partners.Work closely with Moose China teams for all operational matters.Review production issues and coordinate combined production runs.Manage and vet Distributors.Manage Moose Asset Library.Coordinate sample requests.Follow up customers on outstanding AR statements / debit notes, order payments.Support Account Manager with all Toy Fair follow up requirements.Manage Data entry of seasonal forecast and support with reporting.ABOUT YOU Five years plus year experience in a similar role preferably within the FMCG industry.A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential).Strong methodical approach with attention to detail.Able to show initiative and strong problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of Letters of Credit / shipping procedures desired.HOW TO APPLY We move quickly at Moose, so please apply today.
