Demonstrated experience in an operational, fast-paced commercial call centre, admin, or recruitment environment will help you to be successful in this busy role.
Knowledge of the Healthcare, Nursing, or aged care industry would be highly regarded but not essential.In this role, you will provide support to our clients by managing the placement of temporary Healthcare staff across Victoria alongside our fun, friendly, and thriving operations team.Day to day responsibilities:

Matching staff availability with the demand of hospital/aged care/community care facilities.
Facilitating the ever-changing roster demand of both public and private sectors.
Ensuring the correct skilled staff is allocated to the right facility.
Following up on reoccurring/ongoing rosters of selected clients.
Touching base with active staff, whether it be weekly availability calls, welcome calls for new starters, or querying a downward trend on staff picking up shifts.
Contacting clients to boost demand for shifts.

The successful candidate: Will have a friendly personality and excellent phone manner.
Will have strong organisational skills.
Strong client service and relationship management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Intermediate to high levels of PC literacy – MS Office, particularly Excel.
Focused on achieving targets.
Love to work in a fun, high-energy environment.
Happy to work on a roster (Mon – Friday with varying shift times).
