Operations Associate

Work Type - 12 months Fixed Term Contract This Operations Associate role has a primary purpose to support the configuration of Creditworks platforms for Equifax Customers. In addition, support for our customers in answering queries, managing incidents and providing basic troubleshooting will also be a core responsibility. What you'll do Implementation of new platforms and platform changes through configuration of Creditworks settings Supporting customers through the project implementation including documentation, UAT and go-live Answering customer phone calls and emails about basic support queries and incidents/troubleshooting Working with internal stakeholders to support process change and improvement What experience you need Experience supporting customers in the financial services sector Phone and email based support role Working with multiple stakeholders to support a shared business objective Working with multiple applications/software solutions What could set you apart Experience supporting projects Documentation of new and existing processes Knowledge of the trade credit industry
