Operations Associate

We are looking for a generalist who can manage and help scale SoleHeeled's operations. Alongside your day-to-day work you will be managing a series of strategic projects, all of which will drive revenue growth while sustaining levels of quality in execution across the business. Your work will be integral to SoleHeeled's continued growth and success.
What you'll be doingManaging day-to-day operations, including order fulfilment (preparing quotes, communicating with customers and workshop staff, reviewing work for quality assurance).
Managing marketing operations, including the production of content and management of our website, social media channels and paid advertising campaigns.
Managing strategic projects, including from ideation to execution.
Gathering and analysing data to identify trends, solve problems and seize opportunities.
Working directly with our founder to shape strategy.
What we're expectingAn interest in design / fashion / leatherwork and confidence in SoleHeeled's vision.
12-24 months of professional experience.
An ability to learn quickly and readiness to do whatever it takes, rather than deep experience in any particular field.
Ability to work well in teams and communicate with customers empathetically.
Comfort with numbers / mathematics.
Sales or customer service.
Brand and social media management.
Blogging / content writing.
Graphic design.
Photography or video production.
Paid advertising.
Product buying and inventory management.
E-commerce.
