Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team at Peabody Energy as an Operations Associate in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level role, this part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
4. Collaborate with team members to identify and address operational challenges.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to operations.
6. Support the management team in achieving company goals and objectives.
7. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
