Operations Associate

Job Description:

Sempra Energy is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in operations. The ideal candidate will be resilient and resourceful, with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating logistics and managing workflows- Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations- Assist in project management and implementation of new initiatives- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes- Manage administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field- At least 3 years of experience in operations- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
