Operations Associate

BlackRock is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations Associate in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Work closely with the operations team to support daily operational tasks and processes- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions and activities- Assist in the coordination of logistics and procurement activities- Conduct research and analysis to support project management initiatives- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows

Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Energetic and reliable personality traits
