Operations Associate

Job Description:

Insight Enterprises is seeking a motivated and adaptable Operations Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and executing operational activities to meet business objectives- Support the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Assist in developing and maintaining operational processes and procedures- Provide leadership and support to junior team members- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 3 years of experience in operations or a related field- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Motivated to pursue excellence in every endeavor
