Operations Associate

Job Description:

Crown Resorts is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Assist in day-to-day operations of the company by executing various tasks and projects assigned by senior management- Conduct research and analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational activities- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for optimization- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures- Support in the planning and execution of special projects and events as needed

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful individual with strong critical thinking skills- Previous experience in operations or a related field is required- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
