Operations Associate

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and possess a confident and adaptable personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.2. Support in project management tasks, such as planning, budgeting, and execution of operational initiatives.3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.4. Analyze operational data and provide reports to management on key performance metrics.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.6. Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and regulations set by the company and relevant authorities. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software for data analysis.6.
