Operations Assistant - Shopping Centre

The ClientAn opportunity to join a leading Shopping Centre Owner that has a diversified portfolio that includes some of SEQ's most iconic shopping centres and precincts.The RoleBe across operational functions for the centre, working closely with an array of stakeholders including the Facilities and Centre Management teams, as well as external contractors.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting in the development of the centre budgets and forecasting Developing and contributing to the objectives of the Asset and Business Plan Building collaborative relationships with retailers, operators and contractors.
