Switch Hotel Solutions is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operation's Assistant to provide support to various functions of our organization. In this role, you will support the management of our company requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. The role is fast-paced and requires someone who can work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
This role will be based in our beautiful Burleigh Heads, newly renovated office!
Responsibilities:
Provide support within the onboarding process of our letting business including building new listings across multiple online channels like Booking.com and Airbnb. General Administrative Duties Assist with customer relationship management, including responding to online queriesCollaborate with team members to provide general support to the wider teamQualifications:
Experience in a similar role would be highly advantage12 months experience in a guest facing role within accommodation or tourism.Excellent organization and communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with websites like Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com is preferred.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesComfortable working with data and technologyPositive and proactive approach to problem-solvingFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work demandsWe offer competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
