We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market.About the RoleTo support our growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Operations and Yard Supervisor to join our team in Darwin.Duties & Responsibilities:Provide support to Darwin Operations and Branch Managers with supervision of employees where required.Provide instructions and support to staff in the logistics department, including drivers, yard hands, and All-Rounders.Ensuring vehicle maintenance and compliance schedules are up to date.Provide instructions and support to staff in the LPG, Industrial Filling, Bulk Industrial, and Product Manufacturing areas.Ensure Operational and Branch KPI's are monitored and met.Provide daily handover to Fleet Scheduler upon arrival.Report any incidents and hazards with urgency and ensure corrective actions are completed.Ensure bulk LPG ordering completion to ensure continued supply to Branch.Benefits:A friendly and supportive team environment.Company reward and recognition program.Professional learning and development opportunities.Opportunities for career progression.Employee Assistance Program and Wellbeing initiatives.Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.Previous gas industry experience advantageous but not essential.Strong negotiation skills.Strong organization skills.Strong communication skills.Most importantly, at Supagas we value attitude above all else.
