We are driven by our communities to deliver high quality services that meet their needs.Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support our Service Delivery team's senior leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and GM to streamline operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and strategically.Responsibilities:Implementation of GM's operational decisionsCreation and management of reports and reporting strategyResponsibility for operational decisions and processes supporting Program Managers to execute program fulfillment.Management of office and accommodation safety and maintenance.In partnership with HR, manage the onboarding process for new staffQualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Strong prioritization skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Experience managing through influence and delivering results.WHAT WE OFFER:A competitive salary, depending on experience and qualificationsSalary Sacrifice options.5 weeks of Annual leave plus leave loading.3 weeks paid sick/ carer's leave.#J-18808-Ljbffr
