About The Role As a Operations and Office Administrator you will ensure the smooth flow of administrative tasks and the operation of Lumary's office, head quartered in Adelaide.
A day in the life- Contribute to an efficient work environment by owning and completing tasks like optimising office operations, providing internal event support, assist with employee travel bookings, maintaining supplies of office resources and ensuring Lumary-owned assets are accounted for.- Support a positive and engaging employee experience by ensuring smooth coordination of employee related tasks to be done such as: entering data into new employment contracts, ordering and distribution of employee assets (such as laptops and swag), tracking employment screening check completion, etc- Maintain accurate records of assets and HR operations as required for security and compliance purposes.
