Operations and Finance AdministratorWe're looking for an enthusiasticOperations and Finance Administrator to join our team in Knowsley. You'll be providing general administrative support and assisting the depot finance team to collate and complete information on a regular basis. You will also be required to carry out additional filing and general administration duties within the department. The role requires diligence and the ability to maintain confidential information.The Details;Location: Knowsley (LE34 9HN)Salary: £26K Per AnnumShift Pattern: Monday to Friday07:00-16:00Hours: 45 Hours Per WeekMonthly PayWhat your day will look like:Working closely with the other members of the Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations.Raising sales invoicesProduction weekly reportsDealing with customer enquirersRaising and monitoring purchase orders in a timely fashionHandling purchase invoices and statements, reconciling and communicating with suppliersIdentify opportunities for and initiate continuous improvement projects.Data inputtingChecking revenue streamsProvide timely, quality and accurate management information, (Weekly/Monthly)General administration dutiesSupport with any other "ad hoc" administrative tasksProficient knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills'Customer Service' orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsAble to work under pressurePrevious experience in admin and accountsAbility to learn quickly and have a can-do attitudeWhat we need from you'Right To Work' in the UKTeam playerProblem SolvingExcellent time-management skillsAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsAccuracyExcellent mathematical skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel is advantageousBENEFITSPension SchemeCycle2Work schemeEmployee Assistance ProgramSPIRIT Awards - Peer to Peer recognitionINCLUSIONMenzies Distribution is committed to creating a fair and inclusive environment where employees feel safe, proud and valued.
