About the Role The Operations and Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
Coordinating end-to-end delivery of TasPest products and services within designated timeframes.Creating an efficient work schedule for our service technicians using the scheduling software and tools.Monitoring workflow progress, identifying potential scheduling conflicts and working with stakeholders to resolve them promptly and effectively.Effectively managing customer service issues, answering enquiries and taking bookings.Processing technician paperwork, i.e.
service work orders, quotes, etc.About You Experience in scheduling and planning is an advantage but not essential.
