Our client is a fast-growing name in the insurance premium funding space and they are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Operations and Collections Manager to join their team. This multifaceted role involves coordinating, implementing, and managing operations and overseeing the collections for client accounts.
What you'll do:
As an Operations and Collections Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of loan approval, collections, settlements, and servicing.
Deliver top-notch client service that meets the financial needs of our business customers.Ensure all queries are resolved promptly, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Managing your time effectively amidst competing deadlines will be crucial.Overseeing the operations team to ensure procedures are met.Manage the arrears process through effective liaison with clients and internal staff.Be responsible for confirming that invoices are correct and received prior to approval and settlements. What you bring:
The ideal candidate brings at least six years' experience in collections, ideally with commercial clients. You will require strong organisational and time management skills, and an ability to prioritise a multifunctional workload effectively. As a skilled communicator, you're adept at dealing professionally with customers—even those who may prove challenging. Your understanding of Consumer Credit Laws will be a valuable asset in this role. Moreover, you're capable of providing solutions to intermediaries and clients, demonstrating your problem-solving abilities.
