Operations Analyst

An opportunity for an experienced Operations Analyst to join a forward thinking, collaborative and customer focused company.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join a dynamic team that provides exceptional support and service to their clients through processing managed fund orders, ensuring the settlement of securities, and facilitating asset transfers.
Key Responsibilities:

Process managed fund orders, ensure timely settlement of securities, and manage asset transfers with precision.
Uphold high standards of conduct, ensuring compliant and customer-centric operational support.
Perform daily reporting, reconciliations, and checklist completion.
Execute managed fund trades and manage the settlement of domestic and international transactions
Process trade amendments and cancellations as required
Process asset transfers accurately according to client instructions and market deadlines.
Ensure compliance with Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience required

Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role
Strong understanding and knowledge of Australian Financial Markets.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
