Overview of the role The role of the Operations Advisor is to provide superior planning, management and delivery of our Operations portfolio encompassing Facilities Management, Safety, Fleet, Car Parking, Concierge and Procurement activities across the commercial, industrial and retails sites for the Suncorp Group. The role will focus heavily on the facilitation and management of the budget and cost expenditures. The role will also manage key initiatives, data governance, reporting and involves a high level of written communication.
This is a key role in the Real Estate team which will contribute to process development, innovation and process improvement while providing integral program management, coordination and communication across the portfolio to effectively manage the operations within the team.
This is a broad, generalist role and would suit someone with previous real estate and corporate communications experience. The role is a 7 month fixed term contract/secondment with a possibility of extension and you will be expected to be in the office 2/3 days per week.
