To maintain a commercially focussed maintenance control service and establish a culture focussed on customer satisfaction and contribution to the maintenance services value stream.Building strong customer relationship management practices.To identify areas for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness to reduce waste.Providing technical administrative functions including workpack generation and review, logbook management, maintenance job release notes for assigned maintenance operations.Resolve maintenance workpack issues and escalate unresolved issues to management where necessary.Oversight of customer engineering (strip) reports for maintenance review.Provide back up for activities performed by others in the planning team.Assist in the production maintenance analysis and reporting where required.Participate in daily planning meetings to keep track of schedules and required work.Identify areas of improvement in process and efficiency and establish innovative solutions.The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum 5 years working within a maintenance/engineering environment, preferably with general aviation.Broad knowledge of and experience working in heavily regulated working environments/industries.Innovative, detailed-orientated and experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage workflow to manage deadlines
High level reading comprehension to understand technical and regulatory requirements
Sound level of computer skills and experience using inventory specific software
Demonstrated knowledge/experience in providing quality internal and external customer service
