YOUR ROLEReporting to the Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities include: Closely follow Goods receivable process within warehouse management systemEnsure inventory are received and put away timeously according to KPI'sAccurately execute warehouse stock movements and maintain pick bay accuracyAssist with weekly cycle counts as well as daily replenishment of store inventory according to the replenishment reportProfessionally tend to all customers on shop floor and action transactionsProfessionally and courteously satisfy incoming telephone calls from customers as soon as practicableExpedite back orders and communicate status to customers dailyEnsure that all agreed documentation is up to date, accurate and efficiently communicated and look after maintenance of relevant account detail changes ABOUT YOUYou'll have that same entrepreneurial spirit that we live and breathe here at Bunzl.
You'll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks.You are an administration and customer all-rounder who can do various administration tasks and have experience in a similar role.
Previous experience using S21 or similar warehouse management system would be a huge advantage.
