About the Role: The Operations Administrator for SA Country is responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative services.
This role includes; Carrying out general administrative support Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and reporting Ensure high level of customer service is demonstrated to internal and external clients Agent Administration, taking responsibility for maintaining all compliance & inquiries  Data entry skills  Ensure compliance with OHS, Dangerous Goods and Environmental legislation Invoice reconciliation and auditing Data analysis and report generation Experience and Skills: Experience in an administrative role desirable Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential Customer service experience  Strong time management and organisational skills Sound understanding of Microsoft programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel The Benefits: Safety Above All Culture Career development opportunities A positive working culture, with our People-Service-Profit philosophy – putting our people first!
