When you join CLLIX Apartments and Hotels, we value your unique contribution.Responsibilities:Providing administration support to the Hotel Management teamMaintain and update administrative recordsAssist with Hotel bookings, guest services, general enquiries, purchasing and other ad hoc tasks as requiredAssist with general office organisationTo be successful in this position, you will have:Previous exposure to hotel and or property software experience highly advantageousPrevious experience within Hotels and or Property Management highly desirableExperience in an administration/ business support roleAbility to work with minimum supervision and part of a cohesive teamGreat interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbalStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritiseProficient in Microsoft packagesYour application will include the following questions:Are you legally entitled to work in Australia?Please detail your minimum salary expectations (excluding super):What is the notice period for your current employment?What motivated you to apply for this position?What relevant skills and experience would you bring to this role?Are you available to work in line with the advertised hours?Do you have any medical conditions or pre-existing injuries that could prevent you from performing the inherent requirements of the job you are applying for?Are you over the age of eighteen (18 or over)?
