Responsibilities: Providing administration support to the Hotel Management teamMaintain and update administrative recordsAssist with Hotel bookings, guest services, general enquiries, purchasing and other ad hoc tasks as requiredAssist with general office organisationTo be successful in this position, you will have: Previous exposure to hotel and or property software experience highly advantageousPrevious experience within Hotels and or Property Management highly desirableExperience in an administration/ business support roleAbility to work with minimum supervision and part of a cohesive teamGreat interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbalStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritiseProficient in Microsoft packagesYour application will include the following questions:
