Job Description - Operations Administration Officer (240001F7) About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administration Officer to join our Banking Operations team.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, managing deposit and payment streams, account maintenance, card scheme administration, and physical storage.
You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards, adhering to policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
Your key responsibilities will include: Undertaking day-to-day customer-impacting processing for membership administration.
Handling processing related enquiries and follow up issues through to completion.
Analysing and recommending course of action for member disputes.
Investigating issues relating to payment processing and escalate to IT/Vendors as appropriate.
Reconciling various General Ledger accounts and investigate unbalanced accounts to resolution.
About you We are seeking someone who is an astute communicator – both written and verbally, as you will be a go-to within the operational bank team.
You will ideally be familiar with large organisations and can work efficiently within a changing environment.
Ideally, you will have: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in financial services, in a processing environment.
Demonstrated ability to read, analyse and communicate written and verbal information.
Dedicated work ethic, with exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy in data entry skills, while thriving in a fast-paced, structured environment.
