VE Group is seeking an Operations Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Gladstone.
VE Group AU is a Civil Contracting, Plant Hire, and Transport Logistics Company looking for a professional administration support to join our Operations Team.
VE Group currently provides services across several industry sectors such as roads, rail, and resources with a large, owned fleet of civil and transport equipment working throughout Queensland.

Your responsibilities will include managing accounts, coordinating schedules, maintaining operational documentation, and facilitating communication between various teams.

Key Responsibilities Process accounts with a high accuracy and attention to detail.Collaborate with Transport, Civil, and Project teams to meet client needs.Administer registers, dockets, and rosters in line with management systems.Maintain accurate documentation to meet internal and external audit standards.Support compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS).Data entry of daily timesheets, dockets, and fuel registers.Assist with rostering, onboarding employees, and training coordination.Proficiently use software and systems for data entry, reporting, and record management.Provide support in maintaining operational tools and troubleshooting issues.About You To succeed in this role, you will need:
