Join the Rural Fire Service as a vital member of the Operational Training team based at the State Training Academy in Dubbo. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and delivering high-quality training programs to ensure our members are equipped to undertake their roles in an emergency services agency. Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, your role will involve coordinating programs, managing projects and leveraging corporate systems to support operational excellence.
