The primary focus for this position is to ensure that Non BAU activity that is allocated by the Team Leader is completed accurately and timely; they act at all times as a support to the wider Super Services operations team in Albury. It is the responsibility of each OSO to support the BAU teams in any "change" activity that either needs to be implemented or the BAU teams want implemented. Each member of the team needs to ensure that tasks allocated by the Team Leader (or their back up from time to time) are completed accurately and timely and ultimately to ensure that the expected service to be delivered to the BAU teams happens as quickly and accurately as possible.
