The Director Integration Partnerships & Enablers, Integrated and Community Health works at a strategic level and has a large and complex portfolio.This role is integral to ensuring high level administrative responsibilities are undertaken in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
The Operational Support Officer will be the secretariat for executive meetings and will also undertake Human Resource, Finance and Clinical Governance work to support the Director of Integration, Partnerships & Enablers.The Operational Support Officer works closely with clinicians, senior staff from Integrated and Community Health, the Western Sydney Primary Health Network, Western Sydney Local Health District executives, the Sydney Children's Hospital Network, Non-Government Organisation and the private sector.

Experience in providing high level of support to senior executives whilst working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in independently managing diaries and emails of senior managers including making appropriate decisions and progress issues on their behalf.
Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret information and advice and use discretion in knowing when to escalate matters.
Ability to foresee and carry out duties of the position independently as well as conscientiously working to team goals and values.
