Maternity Leave Role: Administrative Support – Outer Harbour Operations (6 months) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our client's team on a 6-month maternity leave contract.
Reporting to the Manager of Outer Harbour Operations, you will provide high-level administrative support and be responsible for preparing and verifying cargo handling charges for Outer Harbour customers.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assist in analysing key performance data related to the Bulk Business Reconcile electricity invoices for Inner and Outer Harbours from the energy retailer Prepare customer charges for services at Kwinana Bulk Terminal and Kwinana Bulk Jetty Verify applicable charges and follow business processes for accuracy Liaise with customers regarding invoice details, monitor purchase orders, and ensure timely follow-up Generate reports on customer charges and track associated costs Monitor and report on casual and contractor working hours Key Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative and customer service role Strong PC and spreadsheet skills Familiarity with financial management and invoicing systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of shipping, bulk operations terminology, and documentation (desirable) This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background looking to gain experience in the shipping and bulk operations industry.
