The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Operational Support Administrator to join our Programmed Energy & Resources team, residential to Port Hedland. This is NOT a FIFO role.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role's primary focus is to provide efficient and professional business support to the branch network through delivery of general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
General reception duties (answering phones, greeting client and candidates)
Providing administrative support to branch network and management
Data entry and compliance duties with effective database management
Assisting with the booking of medicals and PPE
Creating purchase orders, invoices & quotes
Conducting and recording reference checks
Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
