Operational Services Officer (Supervisor) (Bundaberg)

Your opportunity: Assist the Manager of Operational Services in providing a safe, high quality service to the patients/clients of the Bundaberg Hospital.
Supervise staff and co-ordinate training in line with quality Human Resource Management practices, including merit selection, Workplace Health and Safety, employment equity, anti-discrimination, and ethical behaviour.
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB).

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $91,760 p.a., comprising salary between $73,533 - $80,423 p.a.
(f/t) or salary rates $37.08 - $40.56 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (OO4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.
or Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable).
