About us: BEMS has a main hub located in Rockhampton and other locations throughout the Banana, Central Highlands and Gladstone Region.
Preventative maintenance programs are scheduled for assets, which includes the statutory checks and inspections necessary to comply with Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards.
BEMS provides a 24-hour corrective maintenance and breakdown service for the facilities around Rockhampton.
About the role: To provide comprehensive services to support Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) within Central Queensland Health Services District.
To maintain a high-quality engineering service which supports the district's commitments to the principles of patient focused care and quality management.
This position will service Rockhampton Business Unit.
About you: Well-developed communication skills, with an ability to effectively interact and negotiate with all levels of management and staff in accordance with confidentiality guidelines.Ability to work as a team member with a high level of autonomy to manage daily workloads and to achieve the goals of the service.Knowledge of or the ability to acquire knowledge of procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position. What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $76,206 p.a.
