The opportunity - 'Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life' We are seeking someone who is passionate about operational risk. You will be responsible for supporting HESTA's operational risk management policies and processes, which are critical elements of HESTA's Risk Management Framework and Strategy. Working collaboratively with the Senior Operational Risk Partner and business teams, you will be working primarily on risk management activities relating to business resilience and third-party risk.
About you
You're an exceptional risk professional who is well-versed in risk, regulatory and prudential standards. You have outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and can effectively engage with the business whilst supporting the implementation of our evolving risk strategy. You have a record of achievement in assisting with developing, implementing, and managing operational risk management frameworks and processes, ideally in the financial services sector. What's most important though is the positive, creative, and collaborative energy you bring to work each day.
