(up to $18,550 pa tax free)Hourly Rate: Negotiable on experience+ Packaging Benefits + SuperThe role: The Operational Quality and Compliance Clinical Manager overseesand leads a team to provide clinical support for Residential andHome Services, focusing on operational quality and compliance.Working closely with the Administration Team Leader, Administrationteam, and Clinical Officers, they facilitate the implementation oforganisational quality and compliance programs to meet the AgedCare Quality Standards. This involves conducting audits andmonitoring compliance across Warrigal locations in Illawarra,Southern Highlands, and Canberra, with occasional travel requiredto these sites.
