The role:
The Operational Quality and Compliance Clinical Manager overseesand leads a team to provide clinical support for Residential andHome Services, focusing on operational quality and compliance.Working closely with the Administration Team Leader, Administrationteam, and Clinical Officers, they facilitate the implementation oforganisational quality and compliance programs to meet the AgedCare Quality Standards. This involves conducting audits andmonitoring compliance across Warrigal locations in Illawarra,Southern Highlands, and Canberra, with occasional travel requiredto these sites.
To be successful you will need:
Registered Nurse with current Registration under theAustralian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Proven substantial experience working in the Aged Careindustry in a quality or similar role
Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability tosuccessfully lead a team
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution skills andproblem solving ability
Superior verbal and written communication skills includingthe ability to prepare reports
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlineswith proven attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated proficiency using computer systems includingMicrosoft Outlook, Word and Excel operating in a MicrosoftWindows environment
Understanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care QualityStandards
Current Driver's License
