Operational Manager

Oversee all company processes and ensure structured daily operations.
Manage and coordinate all departments, encompassing both field operations and office personnel.
Formulate and execute strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives.
This role is a flexible full-time, five-day, 38-hour week.
Requirements Face-to-face Office Based Role Qualifications  Customer service experience is required.  Administration experience is well regarded.
Simpro (Well regarded but not essential) Experience with leading people Proficiency in Computer general Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Use of software to assist in operation management and reporting Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face-to-face.      Communication:  The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication styles depending upon the audience.
Attention to detail:  Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
Ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.  Teamwork: Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.  Time management/organisation:  Accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio efficiently and on time.
