Operational Manager

Details of the offer

Oversee all company processes and ensure structured daily operations. Manage and coordinate all departments, encompassing both field operations and office personnel. Formulate and execute strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives. This role is a flexible full-time, five-day, 38-hour week. Face-to-face Office Based Role
Qualifications Customer service experience is required. Administration experience is well regarded. Simpro (Well regarded but not essential) Experience with leading people Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Use of software to assist in operation management and reporting Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone, and face-to-face. Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication styles depending upon the audience.
Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally. Ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
Teamwork: Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
Time management/organisation: Accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio efficiently and on time.
Work health and safety: Understanding and applying occupational health and safety principles.
