This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations by managing schedules, coordinating travel and events, providing administrative support, and collaborating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain the operations diary for regular meetings and reviews. Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently. Manage and coordinate events and meetings, including booking venues and preparing rooms. Provide comprehensive administrative support. Input data, maintain databases, and keep records up-to-date. Assist with documentation processes, including document control. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Serve as a point of contact for various operational activities. Manage and control documents for accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval. Skills, Attributes, and Experience: Strong organisational and time management skills.
