As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven Operations Analyst to join our team in Homebush, NSW.
About the role:
As an Operations Analyst at Sentinel Security Group, you will play a critical role in optimizing our organisational processes, structures, and methods. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring the effectiveness of our security services and its operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and a strong background in process analysis and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and Optimize Security Operations: Assess current operational practices, systems, and workflows within the security teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements.
Develop Strategic Documentation: Generate reports, manuals, and operational guides to capture current workflows and propose enhancements tailored to business needs and security objectives.
Enhance Operational Efficiency: Propose and develop solutions to streamline workflows, improve task allocation, and boost the overall effectiveness of security operations.
Implementation Support: Facilitate the deployment of newly approved strategies and processes, ensuring clear communication and training for all stakeholders involved.
Operational Compliance and Quality Control: Regularly assess security operations to ensure adherence to internal standards and legal requirements, providing recommendations for any necessary adjustments.
Manage Business Process Changes: Collaborate with team leaders and senior management to drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth integration of new processes, technologies, and procedures.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of revised operations, identifying further opportunities for improvement, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the security or related industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to critically assess and improve operational processes.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business process software.
