About the role: As an Operations Analyst at Sentinel Security Group, you will play a critical role in optimizing our Organisationalprocesses, structures, and methods.
Your work will directly contribute toenhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring the effectiveness of oursecurity services & it's operations.
This role is ideal for a strategicthinker with a passion for continuous improvement and a strong background inprocess analysis and Organisational development.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and Optimize Security Operations: Assess currentoperational practices, systems, and workflows within the security teams toidentify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements.
Develop Strategic Documentation: Generate reports, manuals, andoperational guides to capture current workflows and propose enhancementstailored to business needs and security objectives.
Enhance Operational Efficiency: Propose and develop solutions tostreamline workflows, improve task allocation, and boost the overalleffectiveness of security operations.
Implementation Support: Facilitate the deployment of newlyapproved strategies and processes, ensuring clear communication and trainingfor all stakeholders involved.
Operational Compliance and Quality Control: Regularly assesssecurity operations to ensure adherence to internal standards and legalrequirements, providing recommendations for any necessary adjustments.
Manage Business Process Changes: Collaborate with team leadersand senior management to drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth integrationof new processes, technologies, and procedures.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of revisedoperations, identifying further opportunities for improvement, and ensuringalignment with the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (orequivalent experience).
Minimum of 1-2years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the security orrelated industry.(related domains acceptable) Strong analytical skills and the ability to critically assess andimprove operational processes.
Excellent Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Detail-orientedand organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to workcollaboratively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business processsoftware.
