Highly organised, excellent communicator and a skilled people leader - is this you?Sydney Southwest Private Hospital is currently seeking a Senior Registered Nurse with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to manage our operating rooms as a Theatre Floor Coordinator.As the Operating Theatre Floor Coordinator your responsibilities will include:Oversee safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards.Focus on leading an efficient and safe theatre floor responding to operational needs whilst maintaining a calm and supportive attitude.Support and liaise with the Perioperative Services Manager to deliver effective business and patient outcomes.Ensure all theatres are staffed appropriately and cost effectively.Understand legislative requirements, ACORN and sterilization standards.Establish and maintain relationships with staff, Doctors, patients, families and other personnel.Knowledge of Infection Control and Risk management.Sydney Southwest Private Hospital has seven state-of-the-art operating rooms where various specialties include Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Hand Surgery, Plastics, General, Gynaecology, Bariatric, Interventional, Thoracics, ENT, and Endocrine surgery.You will join a high performing team and a workplace with relationships built on mutual respect.
