Highly organised, excellent communicator and a skilled people leader - is this you?Sydney Southwest Private Hospital is currently seeking a Senior Registered Nurse with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to manage our operating rooms as a Theatre Floor Coordinator.As the Operating Theatre Floor Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:Oversee safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards.Focus on leading an efficient and safe theatre floor, responding to operational needs whilst maintaining a calm and supportive attitude.Support and liaise with the Perioperative Services Manager to deliver effective business and patient outcomes.Ensure all theatres are staffed appropriately and cost-effectively.Understand legislative requirements, ACORN, and sterilization standards.Establish and maintain relationships with staff, doctors, patients, families, and other personnel.Knowledge of Infection Control and Risk Management.Sydney Southwest Private Hospital has seven state-of-the-art operating rooms where various specialties include Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Hand Surgery, Plastics, General, Gynaecology, Bariatric, Interventional, Thoracics, ENT, and Endocrine surgery.You will join a high-performing team and a workplace with relationships built on mutual respect.
