The Opportunity As the Parks and Gardens Supervisor for the Western region, you'll lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality open space services.
Your focus will include:
Collaborating with the Coordinator on strategy and project deliveryPlanning and monitoring work schedules to keep projects on trackOffering expert horticultural advice to your team and stakeholdersEnsuring minor plant and equipment services run smoothlyKeeping projects safe, timely, and up to the highest standardsThis is a full-time, ongoing position and is based from the Kalimna West Depot.
Minimum Requirements Qualifications and high-level experience in HorticultureDemonstrated ability to lead a team and work with little or no supervisionDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and the publicQualifications in Traffic ManagementTo be physically able to perform the duties of the positionAbility to work non-standard hours and at various locations as requiredA current, valid Victorian MR Truck licence as a minimumIf successful, you will need to undertake a police check, psychometric testing, and a pre-employment medical assessment.
