Joblin Partners is recruiting for an Open Cut Examiner (OCE) on behalf of a leading mining operation in New South Wales. This permanent, full-time role offers great opportunities for career growth and long-term security at a dynamic, owner-operated mine.About the RoleThe OCE will rotate between statutory and production supervisor duties on a 5/4 lifestyle roster, overseeing safe and efficient mining operations. You will manage mining crews, oversee equipment performance, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Your day will start with a shift handover at 6 am/pm, and you will work 12.5-hour shifts.
