Senior Architectural Documentation Expert If you're an experienced documentation expert with a keen eye for detail and you're looking to join a dynamic, design-focused team to deliver high quality community projects, then this position may be for you.
You'll be given plenty of opportunity to showcase your experience, lead the documentation on large and complex projects, explore and implement improvements to the modelling, software and documentation systems, mentor other team members, share your knowledge across the studio, and work with the studio directors Michael Bailey, Dani Martin and Mark Burrowes.
Exciting projects that you will be responsible for include a mixed-use museum project in Rockhampton, a community and sports hub on the Gold Coast, a new school campus in Brisbane, and a large retail/resort project north of Brisbane.
Your energy, experience, 'can-do' attitude, and keen eye for design will mean that you mesh well with our team, who take great pride in delivering well considered, inventive and joyful projects that have real impact in our community.
To be considered for the role you must demonstrate:
At least 15 years' experience across public, commercial and education projects Passion for detail and design Excellent understanding of modern construction techniques and code requirements Solid ability with Revit Great communication and interpersonal skills Energy and passion for architecture that has meaning and impact Strong team player Ability to work collaboratively The right to work in Australia Your responsibilities include:
Taking the lead as design and project architect on key projects Working collaboratively with directors and other team members across a number of projects.
