In this varied you will be classified as Children Activities Coordinator (OOSH Coordinator) under our Enterprise Agreement and oversee a Team of Children's Activities Officer's (Educators) whist looking after the following duties:Act as the Educational Leader and design and implement children's programs, coordinate, and deliver engaging, fun, and meaningful experiencesEnsure that all activities and experiences delivered are carried out in a fun, safe Interactive EnvironmentManage and lead a small Team of OOSH Educators and act as the Nominated Supervisor of the serviceCarry out Induction / General Training to all Educators as required Lead the day-to-day operations of the OOSH serviceLiaise with parents and carers, and provide an exceptional level of customer service About YouAre you a passionate person and have flexibility? As well as:Degree in Primary Education, Diploma/Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, School Aged Education and Care or Educational SupportFirst Aid & CPR certification, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (HLTAID004)Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk certification (CHCPRT001)Knowledge and experience with National Quality FrameworkAt least 2 years' experience in an education settingYou must hold current certification in:First Aid & CPRIdentify and Respond to Children and Young people at riskAnaphylaxis and AsthmaDon't miss this opportunity to become part of the PCYC team and work for an organisation with a proud and long history, where you empower young people and change lives.
