In this varied you will be classified as Children Activities Coordinator (OOSH Coordinator) under our Enterprise Agreement and oversee a Team of Children's Activities Officer's (Educators) whist looking after the following duties:Act as the Educational Leader and design and implement children's programs, coordinate, and deliver engaging, fun, and meaningful experiencesEnsure that all activities and experiences delivered are carried out in a fun, safe Interactive EnvironmentManage and lead a small Team of OOSH Educators and act as the Nominated Supervisor of the serviceCarry out Induction / General Training to all Educators as required Lead the day-to-day operations of the OOSH serviceLiaise with parents and carers, and provide an exceptional level of customer service About YouAre you a passionate person and have flexibility?
